Compressed Air Dryers 5-3000 CFM

Sullair dryers are matched to the capacities of the compressors. The refrigerated dryers remove water vapor from the compressed air to a pressure dew point of 35 degrees F. The SRC Cycling Dryer utilizes thermal mass storage to produce maximum energy savings and the Sullair SRV dryer combines the technologies of variable speed drive providing the lowest dewpoint.

Compressed Air Filters 5-3000 CFM

Particulate Filters: Sullair's SCF, SCR, PF and PR compressed air filters are high efficiency prefilter which removes particles to 1 micron including coalesced water and lubricants.

High Efficiency Filters: Sullair’s SCH, SCHR, and PH compressed air filters are designed for maximum filtration, removing particles down to 0.01 micron including water and oil aerosols, providing a maximum remaining oil aerosol content of 0.01 ppm @ 70F when used with SCF and PR pre-filters.

Odor Removal: Sullair’s SCC and PC filters use activated carbon to remove lubricant and hydrocarbon odors. After filtration, remaining vapor content is less than 0.003ppm.

Package Systems: Sullair’s MPCR and PCR system combine first and second stage filtration that provides air that is cleaner than the inlet air to the compressor. The system is equipped with monitors for system operation.
